Terms and Conditions
Upon purchasing a ticket, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Balgone Estate and yourself.
Regulations
Tickets are non refundable, they can be rescheduled within 12 hours of your assigned time
All vehicles entering the estate must produce a valid ticket with the corresponding date and name
You must arrive within your hourly chosen timeslot
Balgone Estate reserves the right to refuse entry
Balgone Estate does not take responsibility for any items, property or belongings brought onto the farm
Balgone Estate is a working farm with machinery and animals on site. Farm ground and fields can be uneven, Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk
Balgone Estate accepts no responsibility for harm or injury inflicted to attendees whilst attending the event, conducting activities and accessing facilities.
No smoking or vaping is permitted on the estate grounds
You must wear appropriate clothing at all times when visiting, it is recommended that you wear wellies or walking boots with waterproofs
Balgone Estate reserves the right to ask you to leave the grounds in the event of disorderly behaviour and a failure to listen to staff instructions
You may only purchase and consume alcohol at the licensed bar. Persons wanting to purchase age restricted alcoholic drinks must provide a valid UK Passport and/or Drivers Licence. We operate a strict challenge 25 policy
Refunds
Balgone Estate cannot issue refunds for cancellations, this includes weather changes, crop availability and or missed time slots. In the case of the event being cancelled by Balgone Estate due to revised government guide-lines, including Covid-19 legislations, You are entitled to a refunded ticket.
Accessibility
Balgone Estate has built hardcore paths across the estate. However, terrain can often be rough and its condition can quickly degrade. Special care should be taken for those who are less confident. Wheelchair access is available across the patch however it can get muddy. Access to the haunted trail is steep and is travelled at the discretion of the individual or carer
Photography and Publicity
You are permitted to take recordings/photographs provided they are for personal use. You must ensure that photographs/recordings are taken safely and taken in a considerate manner to others safety and enjoyment.
Please be aware that Balgone Estate and other authorised parties may take photographs and/ or recordings of guests at Balgone Estate. Any rights (including but not limited to copyright) in the photographs or recordings belong to Balgone Estate. By entering Balgone Estate’s grounds you are accepting these Terms that Balgone Estate or any authorised party can use any such photographs or recordings for any purpose, including publicly available promotions
Please be aware there is CCTV in use across the estate for security purposes
Animals
Pets and Animals of any nature are permitted into Balgone Estate with the exception of the Pumpkin Patch. All Animals must be kept on a lead at all times and excrement must be collected immediately and disposed of in the bins provided. Failure to do so will result in you being asked the leave the grounds
Balgone Estate reserves the right to close the whole or any part of the event at its sole discretion. The reason for such closure or restriction may include (but is not limited to) over-capacity, bad weather, a technical failure (including the failure or interruption of any utility service or any non-performance by a subcontractor), or any other reason where Balgone Estate considers it necessary. No refund, partial refund or compensation will be given for any partial closure to the event
