The Granary has very well laid out accommodation over two floors.
On the ground floor is a spacious hall leading to the fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a large breakfast table. The drawing/dining room has a dining table and chairs for 10, a mini grand piano, a TV and an open fire to relax in front of after a busy day. There is also a twin room and a shower room on this floor.
On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms (both with TVs), 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms, plus a spacious lounge area with a TV, gas fire and balcony.
The washing machine and freezer are located in the double garage with a pool table & dart board and also offers storage space for golf clubs and Firewood. The indoor swimming pool is heated and available from the first week of April until end of October.
The pool is privately yours and usable dawn to dusk. This large holiday house offers spacious and comfortable accommodation in a quiet rural setting, far removed from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
What's included: All bed linen, towels, electricity, gas and firewood are included in the price. Up to 2 dogs are welcome free of charge. There is a crib and cot however we ask that you bring your own bedding for this.

Provisional bookings are accepted on the basis that the deposit is received within 7 days, otherwise, the booking may be cancelled with no further notice:
1. To pay a non-refundable 25% deposit to confirm the booking, and to pay the full balance due not less than one month before the start of the booked period. If a booking is made less than one month before the start Of the holiday, the full amount due is payable immediately to confirm the booking. The Owners reserve the right to refuse entry if payment has not been received, and to cancel the booking and re-let the property to alternative guests if full payment is not received one month prior to the start of the booked period.
2. If you have any reason to cancel your booking, you will forfeit a proportion of your payment, For cancellation up to 21 days prior, 60% is forfeited and up to 7 days 80% is forfeited, we regret that we can not make any refund if you cancel within 7 days of your arrival.
3. To limit the total number of people occupying the booked property to that stated as its maximum capacity.
